If you need additional rooms, use your room confirmation email that you received from Walt Disney World Resorts with the subject line of Walt Disney World Resorts Reservation Confirmation.

Ground transportation

Ride share

All ride-share providers,  LyftUber and Wingzpick up at the ends of the Arrivals curb (Level 2). 

Ride-share drop off is on the Departures curb (Level 3).


Taxi providers are located in the center of the Arrivals Level (Level 2).

Airport Car rentals

Most major rental car companies are available at the airport.

The on-airport rental car companies are located on the A-Side (shown as the A in the orange block) and B-Side (shown as the B in the green block) of the Terminal on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1).

Orlando International Airport offers airline check-in services on level “R1” of the parking garages where rental cars are returned. The “A” Garage location is located on the west end and the “B” Garage location is on the east end (i.e. the ends nearest the entrance ramps).

To avoid having to leave any samples behind, please prepare extra space in your luggage.  We have reminded the exhibitors of TSA liquid limits as well.

If you wish to ship anything back, the Business Center can assist you.

Your agreement states that you must spend 1.5 hours inside the event.  Please make sure you do not arrive any later than 11:45 AM.  The event closes at 1:30 PM.


The travel allowance is $400.  You have already received a $150 deposit.  The remaining $250 will be paid as you leave the event.


If you are flying home the day of the event, please note that flights leaving prior to 4:00 PM will not allow you enough time at the event.


 We will email the Exhibitor Contact Information Sheet to you the day after the event.
