Event Login
Please log in a few minutes early so we can get everyone placed in their breakout rooms on time.

If you have a scheduling conflict and need to switch to Round 1, please email Nicole at nicole@newproductevents.com as soon as possible so we can determine if we can accommodate you in Round 1 from 11:30am-12:30pm Eastern.
Editing your Zoom Display name
When all display names are uniform, we can quickly sort and move everyone to their next breakout room for the pitching session.
Please log in early!
Sign in to your Zoom account.
Go to Profile.
Click Edit.
Edit Display Name using upper and lowercase in this format:
Your Brand (Your Name)
Click Save.
When the event is over, you can simply edit it back.
For the orientation, we will all be together in the main room. Both media and exhibitors. We’ll go over the basics and answer questions.
After that, media and exhibitors will be paired up into breakout rooms for 5-minute one-on-one conversations.
You will receive a notification when 30 seconds remain in the session. At the end of the session, everyone will automatically return to the main room.
We will then move the exhibitors to the next breakout room to speak with a new media person.
This process will continue until each exhibitor has met every media attendee.
Be on the Lookout for
You will receive a detailed exhibitor contact list after the event.
We’ll email you a $30 virtual gift card after the event.
To receive the gift card, you must attend the entire event.
We curate a sample box with a product from each brand you’ll hear about at the event. This box should arrive early the following week.
Please note: We do not ship outside the continental US. If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, you can request a sample directly from the exhibitor.
