Multi-Booth Agency Packages:  Available at a discount for 3 or more booths with multiple brands.  Please inquire about pricing with Nicole@newproductevents.com

Bronze Booth Package:  Only open to brands that have never exhibited at one of our events in the past.  This is an introductory booth package for start-ups and newer companies.  Certain requirements must be met to qualify. 

If your product is too large to fit on top of a 3-foot round table, you will need to upgrade to a Silver Booth.  If you would like to bring more than one product or brand rep, you will need to upgrade to a Silver Booth.

Silver Booth Package:  All product samples must fit on your table. If your product is too large to fit on top of a 6-foot banquet table, you will need to upgrade to a Gold Booth, unless you remove your table.  All display items must fit in a 7×5 ft. floor space.

Media Dining

  • Take over the Promenade with your branded decor for the media dining area
  • Set up a bonus 5x5 ft. booth with a 3-foot round high boy table right in the media dining area!
  • One additional exhibitor rep is included in your registration
  • Your brand will be the only one allowed to chat with the media in their food & beverage area.
  • Holiday theme decor preferred
  • new product events will provide food for the media buffet
  • New Product events will provide tables, linens and signage related to the media dining
  • Multiple choices available for table linens
  • Sponsor is responsible for the cost of all materials & setup for decor, signage, etc.
  • Decor or set-up cannot impeed access to the event or exits

Beverage bar
