ALCOHOL EXHIBITORS

In-Kind, no Exhibiting Fee
  • One brand per booth
  • UNLIMITED products from exhibiting brand
  • Booth Dimensions 20 ft. x 10 ft.
  • Banquet Tables for both serving and product information
  • UNLIMITED brand representatives; at least 1 brand rep must be in attendance
  • Exhibitor is responsible for the cost of the licensed hotel bartender for the duration of the event (estimated at $375)
  • Exhibitor is responsible for hotel service fees for food and beverage sampling (estimated at $400)
  • One year Online Press Kit hosted by New Product Events
  • Press Kit QR Code signage provided for your booth
  • Media Attendee contact sheet provided post event

** Exhibitor will provide mixers and equipment necessary to prepare their beverage.

** Exhibitor will provide their own disposable or keepsake cup for serving.

**Documentation, licenses, etc. to serve alcohol that the state of Florida are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Please note that your participation is limited only to The Welcome Party. 

Access to the conference the following days is not included.
